Customer service

The boots was never been shipped out. I have contacted UPS and have confirmed that only one package was received by UPS which was the 2 skirts that I have ordered together with the boots and BLOOMINGDALE emailed that the purchased items were delivered. I was very disappointed with the service provided by BLOOMINGDALE.

Comfy but Cheesy Looking

I tried them on and they are SUPER COMFY. I just dont like the "shinyness". In person the shinyness looks cheap. My opinion!
