Disappointing and dysfunctional new packaging

The new packaging for the pump pack hand lotion is poorly designed. The hole at the top of the dispenser is not large enough to to accommodate the thickness of the lotion. Additional pressure is needed to operate the pump and nozzle often becomes clogged. The problem magnifies the as the quantity of the cream reduces. Shame, as this is a great product and there were no issues with the old packaging. After returning the product to the retail outlet and following disinterest by the Glasshouse sales rep to my feedback, I've now changed hand lotion brands.
