This pan is right up there with the best of mine,
This pan is right up there with the best of mine, even at the top. Why, because of the amalgam of copper and stainless steel. I cooked an omelette using ghee and cheese and I was amazed at how it turned out with zero sticking to the pan. The pan has a quality of regular usefulness, and so I keep it on the stovetop. Another brilliant pan from deBryer!
