Hi I bought a 4400 coffee machine …………never again about 4 months ago now the milk frother hardly works same with the amount of hot water definitely not worth the money not happy with the price and then the price you pay for something that not working .

Hello Lioness 21, we are sorry to hear you have not been happy with your 4400 Series after only a few months of use. If you are using an AquaClean filter, we would recommend venting the system. Simply remove the AquaClean filter from the water tank and place it in a container of water. Then fill the water tank as usual and dispense hot water three times in a row. After that, we recommend leaving the AquaClean filter out for the next couple of days and preparing all drinks without it installed. This can help remove any trapped air and improve water flow and milk performance. Really pleased

Very pleased with this machine which, in this household, is rated as an excellent buy. Dissuaded previously by the complex mechanism of bean to cup machines but this model is simple to use and produces an excellent, consistent, product on each use occasion. In addition the phone app is very good at guiding you through the various maintenance and cleaning actions required.

Coffee shop coffee at home!

Gifted by philipshomeliving. I have used this coffee machine every day for about a week, and I love it so far! I like choosing a different coffee each morning. My coffee looks and tastes like coffee from a coffee shop, but I don’t have to pay so much for each cup. It is also very easy to clean. It is a little loud for me when it makes the milk foam, but I think that is normal. So far, I’m very happy with it!

Coffee bean to cup its perfect. I am impressed with this machine. There is no drama you simply fill the beans in the top and choose your drink. It tastes better than any coffee shop drink btw so if you use coffee shops you may want to reconsider buying one because theirs only disappoint me now. Your choice, yes expensive but reassuring so
