I made a purchase, paid for it, and then a week later they canceled it without saying anything. Why did you make me wait a week? You inconvenienced me. I was only visiting The USA for 8-9 days anyway, and your delaying tactics prevented me from making the purchase.

Not great
This bag looks great but is useless. I bought it a year ago. It wobbles and tips over when you wheel it.

Save face and strength using this small duffle.
This small duffle bag on wheels will be such a strength saver for my older husband . Last time we travelled he got hurt carrying the weight of his previous hand baggage. It embarrassed him. He’s looking forward to his overnight visits now without dread

Overpriced for not a great design
I bought this to replace an older similarly sized bag has become too heavy for me to carry when full. That bag had multiple pockets inside and out that were very useful. This bag just has a couple very slender pockets that make it much harder to organize your stuff. The bigger issue is that the bag tips over in multiple directions when using the handle. This is a big design flaw for a rolling bag.

Great bag!
I love this bag. It rolls really well and is very light. The colour and fabric are beautiful. Nice zipped pockets on the outside (1 large and 1 smaller) and a zipped pocket inside. Inside fabric is light and easy to see. I would have liked a luggage handle pass thru as well, but it might be a bit big for that.

Outstanding Bag
We ordinarily take several pair of shoes when we travel and they are heavy and take up a lot of space. We bought this bag for a 9-day trip, just to carry our shoes. It was super convenient! We checked it on our flight and left it downstairs at the house we rented. I am sure we’ll find more uses for it on shorter trips. It was a great purchase.
