Decent coffee but not worth the headaches

We have had this less than a year and get constant errors about there being no water…when the water bin is full. Makes decent coffee but not worth the headache. Support wants you to be their tech team and do 17 diagnostics before proceeding with help.

My coffee has never been

My coffee has never been more bold and delicious. I very much enjoy how it walks you through the steps to get your coffee just the way you like it. My only drawback is that the pot doesn't keep the coffee super hot for long at all, so normally I just make a serving at a time.

Very satisfied overall

Makes great coffee and faster than my old Cuisenart. An unexpected benefit is how easy it is to clean out the carafe since it is straight sided. Only negative is instructions for auto brewing not clear and still not working correctly half the time.

Very expensive. At this price point, the design should be 100% well-thought-out. It is a real shame there is no setting to keep the coffee hot for longer and inside plastic.

Love it--great coffee maker. Only

Love it--great coffee maker. Only had one issue where the coffee maker wasn't recognizing the filter basket. After unplugging the maker and restarting, it recognized the filter basket.
