Bait and switch

I paid $1984 for these but when I received them they had a price tag of $995. On top of that, they were supposed to be in a decorative wooden display box but they came in a little ziplock bag with no box. I contacted Bloomingdales' support but they couldn't do anything to help. The emeralds in the cuffs aren't gems, they are rocks. Nothing like the pics on the Bloomingdales site.
