Quality Control

What is Bloomingdales thinking? THis bag was shipped, STUFFED into Bloomingdales sleeper BAG and shipped in a box via UPS. The box arrived completely damaged and so was the bag. Customer service is substandard, unhelpful, and lackluster. I had to drive to Bloomingdales, make a return. PS I went to the Versace store while in the mall and purchased it there. Beautifully wrapped and excellent customer service. Advice: Bloomingdales - get it together.
