NEVER RECEIVED
Bloomingdale’s sent this package without my name and address although I’ve been a loyalist customer for forty years and bought through my account and with Apple Pay who also confirms addresses!! They sent it to my town, state and zip code only. What a joke!! It was returned to sender from the POST OFFICE??? No UPS or FEDEX. Unbelievable

Stylish but poor quality
While I initially loved the size, color, and fabric of the item, the quality has not met expectations. After carrying the bag approximately ten times, the fabric is already fraying and the seams are coming undone. When I previously reached out to request a return or exchange, I was informed that I was outside the 30-day window. However, given that this is a clear issue with poor construction and quality, I find this response inadequate for the standards I expect from Bloomingdale’s. I do not recommend this bag at all - it belongs in the fast fashion trash bag.

Gorgeous High Quality
I purchased this clutch in the animal print and it exceeded my expectations. For only $100 I was worried that this would not be luxe, and I was completely mistaken. A beautiful fur texture, perfect size at an unbelievable price. Now that it is on sale, I will be purchasing the wine color as well. Well done, Bloomies!
