cusomer service

we got this older model of this device. it was for a while in storage. now we are using it for our baby. Sometimes it turns on. sometimes not. they refused to replace it. They say I should pay whole price again.

Frequently STOPS! Choppy ride

Overpriced and stops FREQUENTLY. BUYER BEWARE! You are buying a name. And not a good one at that. Also not smooth at all. Choppy ride.

Poor design

I had really high hopes for this swing but once I received it I was disappointed. The seat does not move easily, it gets stuck when trying to move it into a different position. I would not recommend.

Squeaky and Loud

Baby swing has a high pitched squeak that will start after a week of use. You won’t be able to fix the squeak so you will never use the swing.
