Very “swingy”

I ordered a size large, which is my typical size and the blouse was very large. It’s meant to be swingy - it’s like wearing a tent. When you twirl around, it spreads out like a skirt. Still, it is flattering, it is just not what I expected from the picture. It can’t really be tucked in.
