So delicate it is useless…

This is a beautiful and soft scarf that started to fall apart even before I went out the door. Just one day of use and it has multiple holes and loose threads. It is too delicate for actual use so basically it is useless. I spend over $100 on this. I don’t know what is the policy on bad quality items refunds/returns with Bloomingdale's but I’ll try and find out. Terrible buy. I was willing to pay extra for the material but this scarf literally falls apart by the touch of human hands.
