DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT WRAP!
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my father, who does not live close to me. I got the jacket gift wrapped for an extra charge and wrote a card. I told him he could open the box when he received it because it was gift wrapped. Well, it was not and there was no card. He saw the gift well in advance of Christmas. It's a small thing, but it really disappointed me, as it was supposed to be a surprise and I paid extra for the wrapping. It just feels like department stores could care less about their customers. I will not be shopping at Bloomingdale's again anytime soon.

Amazing price on a beautiful jacket.
The jacket shipped very quickly and came in perfect condition! The customer service rep that I chatted with was extremely helpful and quickly sorted out the Loyalist discount being applied correctly. I couldn't be any happier with the ship time, sale price, customer support efficiency, or the product itself! It's my new favorite jacket!
