Avoid unless using on flat surface only

It’s very mid. This claims to have suspension to go over road imperfections and dirt road. Guess what - it’s a gimmick - the stroller shakes and vibrates when riding on anything other than smooth surface. It doesn’t close with the seat inside - remove the seat then fold. Would choose something else if had a chance now.

A mix of the Cruz and the vista could be a great s

It is good, but there are some feature of the vista that I wish they make on Cruz as well… live in Italy and I just hope they make All terrain wheels for Cruz aswell… unfortunately the streets in Italy are not that great. Also the back would be awesome if it was more breathable like the vista (not sure how to explain sorry) Also a little umbrella would be a great idea in the accessories…

Terrible customer service

I was sent an used item the packaging alone seems like it had been tampered with and I provided customer service with the proof and there was a missing part, I was only looking to see if I could get the spare part as I do love the stroller and instead of helping me he ended the chat and removed my promotianl gift card balance that I had in my account

Cruz stoller

LOVEEDDDD this stroller. When we had our first baby girl this was our default stroller. Being able to attach the bassinet when she was tiny or her car seat. The only thing I wish I did was buy the vista knowing we wanted more kids in the future. I am currently pregnant with twins so we will be upgrading to the vista!
