ProBond Luxe® – Polished Clad Stainless Steel Skillets with TITUM® Nonstick

Excellent skillet. I use the 8.5-inch ProBond Luxe on my Wolf 48-inch induction range, and it performs beautifully. It heats quickly and evenly, the TITUM® nonstick surface releases food effortlessly, and it’s perfect for eggs and smaller portions. It feels substantial and well-made without being overly heavy, and cleanup is extremely easy. The polished stainless exterior also looks great on a high-end range. Very impressed with the quality and performance.

Be sure to use butter/oil!!!

This is the first nonstick pan that I've owned that requires the use of butter/oil to cook with. The manual correctly states that, but of course I'm a guy and didn't read the manual and dropped eggs straight into the pan. They immediately bonded to the pan and it took significant effort to clean. Once back to clean and the manual consulted (also for proper cleaning), cooking with the pans have been a breeze.

8" Fry Pan is Spectacular!

Eight Hestan pots, pans, and lids were purchased for my new kitchen, but an eight-inch non-stick fry pan was needed. I love the conductivity of this new fry pan and its handling on the new Wolf induction cooktop, as well as the ease of cleaning it.

Much better than All clad

My wife can burn water so I really need some sort of non stick pans around the house. We have been using All clad for years now for their stainless pans. We purchased a couple non stick pans for eggs and such. They didn’t last long at all. I have been on the hunt for a much better non stick pan and we have finally found them. They work wonderfully and I don’t think my wife is able to get food to stick to them yet!
