Terrible experience

I purchased this item and it arrived in crumpled condition. Given the price of item, it was quite disappointing. I returned it on the next day and it was deliverd to bloomingdales in 6 days. 17 days have passed since I returned, no refund process was initiated by bloomingdales. I contacted cutomer service 3 times but today I heard that it will take 5 days to initiate the refund process and may take another 5 days to get the refund. That would be 27 days from return shipping date, which is 13 more days than what bloomingdales webeite says. This is a very frustrating experience.
