Garden wedding perfection

Wanted this as my MOB, but sadly it did not work. It’s an empire waist, fit me at my waist. Any dress will need alterations, I get that, but this would have to be reconstructed. Too much money to spend to make it work. I am 5’4”,120 lbs, I know how to sew and take measurements, so I could not have gotten a smaller size.
