GREAT Product

Product is great. If you don't have great wifi a hardwire is needed. It would be nice to not have to purchase all the additional art. I would buy again.

Great Matte Screen

Matte finish is the main reason I purchased and it does not disappoint! Easy to view in all light contitions and event with bright windows across from TV. Love the connection box. TV hangs very close to wall and looks fabulous.

Beautifying and space saving!

I am delighted with the Samsung frame TV . It has really beautified my living space and freed up a lot of space that used to be taken up by a TV cabinet. I Just love having it masquerade as art when I'm not using it . And it's nice to be able to swap the art out when I want to. Great invention!

Only one problem

I chose this model, 42 inches, old technology because the newer TVs were causing me ice strain. It fits my needs perfectly except for one annoying problem. It will not bring in Netflix. I am told it is an issue with Samsung not Netflix so that is disappointing but otherwise I love the TV.

Turning on.

For the most part, my experience with the Samsung Frame TV has been good. One puzzling thing is that turning it on is sometimes problematic. Sometimes it turns onto the streaming platforms or embedded programs. Other times I have to click it on several times to get there. Puzzling. Otherwise, beautiful color and brightness. Love the artwork.

Beautiful picture and love the artwork feature!

We love our Samsung TV! The picture is crisp and clear when watching TV programs. We purchased it mainly for the ability to choose and display artwork on the screen, and that has become our favorite feature. It’s wonderful to enjoy a beautiful piece of art when we aren’t watching television. Very happy with our purchase!
