Chic, comfy, no blisters!

Unlike many “dress shoes,” these are indeed comfortable right out of the box! I have the stamped croco leather version which have a patent finish, and even with these features that might make the leather feel stiff, they were still easy to break in and gave no blisters. If I were to buy one of the softer, glove-like leathers, I’d probably size down half a size since I have read elsewhere that these versions are very soft, flexible, and prone to creasing and stretching. I I went with my usual size, but the patent ones run slightly large, too, as these fit me best with a sock and would slip if I wore them with tights only or bare-skinned. Love that these have some squishy cushioning yet still appear ro be quite flat unlike some of the orthopedic loafers out there that are super chunky looking. Appearance was the least of my worries—this is obviously a pretty shoe. The variety of selection in this style alone is so fun! I already want another pair in the glove-like leather. Also appreciate the individual protective bags for each shoe that came in the box. Great for tossing in the suitcase.
