Broken zipper

I should have known there was something wrong with it! I purchased this dress “on sale” and pulled it out months later for an event at work. I had the most embarrassing moment when the zipper popped open and I did not know I was exposed all over the office! Not funny! I believe Bloomingdale’s knowingly sold me this *defective item.
