Disaster

I wanted to try something new after using Bose Quiet Control for a few year and picking up TW4 was probably the worst possible decision. You’d expect a lot more for your money. Poor audio quality, ANC exists on the paper. AVOID!

Great sound, restricted run-time

The sound is really good for classical music and volume (sometimes critized) is at least for me totally sufficient. What is really annoying, though, is that a 100% charge lasts for 12-15 hours which apparently is far from the promised 30 hours.

Toller Klang, Transparenzmodus leider nicht gut.

Ich habe mich gegen die Kopfhörer entschieden. Der Klamg ist hervorragend und hat mich überzeugt. Sie sitzen auch bequem. Aber der Transparenzmodus war mir nicht transparent genug. Mein Ohr war trotzdem zu abgeschlossen. Das stört mich, wenn ich unterwegs bin. Außerdem nutze ich die Kopfhörer auch zum telefonieren und für Meetings. Das war im Vergleich nicht die Stärke dieser Kopfhörer. So schade ich es aufgrund des Klangs finde. Auch das Case hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

expensive and disappointing

I was looking for a replacement for my Jabra wireless earbuds, and I was disappointed. These earbuds are rectangular and dig into my ears no matter which fittings I use. The inner fittings are also irritating - the small ones are too small, and the medium ones are too big and suction inside my ears. The sound itself is very good, but the noise ANC is not great, and you can still hear things through it. The hear through is fine. The touch controls are a little too sensitive in my opinion and end up doing things I don't want them to when my hand barely brushes by them. For these being as expensive as they are, they are disappointing.

Connectivity is Awful

I bought my Momentum TW4s about six months ago and was very excited to give them a try; I had heard great things about Sennheiser’s sound quality and fit and I couldn’t wait to try them myself. While I can say the sound and ANC are quite good, I have been unable to consistently use this product because they simply will not reliably connect to any device. I fight with these earbuds legitimately every other time I attempt to use them, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for how to resolve their connectivity issue (forgetting the device and re-pairing, reinstalling firmware updates, draining the battery, etc.). Now, six months in, I am completely unable to connect these earbuds to any device. Perusing online message boards, it sounds like this is a common issue for users. This has been so disappointing because I do really like the sound quality, but I don’t know how I can buy another Sennheiser product after this one.
