Sizing is way off

I purchased a pair for my granddaughter who wear a 13(barely). I purchased a 1 (32) and she can’t get her foot into the boot. Aside from the sizing the boots are very nice. Be sure to size up a few sizes.

Don't trust the U.S. size options

boots sizes listed do not equate to the sizes offered. check the label for double digit sizes.

Runs extremely small

I ordered size 1 for my 9 year old granddaughter and they are toddler size?? You call them " big girl boots"??
