An easy purchase for those who want decent noise cancelling and sound

The noise cancelling is very good on these pods, I fly frequently and the noise from the plane is nearly non existent. In terms of audio quality, music is loud and is very clear, I've never noticed any sound from the headphones that sound less than great One flaw I have had frequently is that occasionally 1/2 times a week the headphones connect and sound will come out very quietly. It can be easily fixed with a disconnect and reconnect but is still mildly annoying

Wash and wear

Mine are 3 years old. Left one in my pocket. It was washed in cold water and put in the dryer for 30 minutes. Cushion came off, I put it back on and it worked fine. Sounds good.

Soundcore Liberty 4 NC worst earpod

My left earbud stop working after 1 month of purchase tried everything restart it multiple times but also not working tried to reclaim my warranty every time I try to fill warranty form it shows loading for too long and tells me my order number is incorrect though I put my correct order I tried everything to reclaim my warranty but soundcore have the worst support. I suggest not to buy

Connection

Great quality but they constantly disconnect. It usually happens when you pause whatever piece of media you're listening to, forcing you fiddle with the settings over and over again.

Wanted to like them.

Half the time the sound is out of phase. I have tried to correct this as directed, but without success. Seems an arbitrary occurrence. When they work they sound great, but I can't currently recommend them. Sorry.
