What a bag and it’s mine!

My TUMI large checked bag is me all the way!! Like a piece of beautiful furniture in a feminine color of blush, it makes me feel proud when it hits the conveyor like it’s hitting the runway. With its sleek form and body waves I am totally secure as it makes its statement of class and I just got to have it!

Worth It!

Have only taken one trip with this beautiful suitcase. It held up well. A little more extension on the handle would have made it easier for me. An upgrade suggestion would be to add one or two snap in waterproof pouches. All in all, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a substantial suitcase weighing under 11 pounds.

Great Concept, Poor Maneuverability

I purchased the 19 Degree Lite Carry-On to replace my favorite TUMI carry-on and was really excited about it. I’ve always had great experiences with my other TUMI luggage, so I expected the same quality here. Unfortunately, this one has been a disappointment. The handle doesn’t feel as stable as my previous TUMI carry-on, and the wheels are noticeably harder to maneuver. Compared to my older International Large suitcase, this one takes much more effort to steer, and my hand actually gets tired navigating it through the airport. I chose the Lite version over the expandable one because I travel internationally often and wanted to save weight since carry-ons are frequently weighed. In hindsight, the lighter weight isn’t worth the trade-off in stability and maneuverability. I would have returned it, but I had it engraved and engraved items are non-returnable. I’ve been very happy with my other TUMI pieces, which makes this purchase especially disappointing.

Great for an extended trip!

I was looking for a large light weight case & this is perfect. Had no problem getting through airport security with size & packed weight. Love the color, too. My only suggestion would be to have a zippered pocket along one of the inside walls. Had a bit of a challenge deciding where to put the AirTag.
