  • How To Use It

    - Apply this powder foundation to prepped skin.
    - For lighter coverage, use a fluffy brush like the 168S Brush (sold separately).
    - To build coverage, apply with the included sponge applicator or a 170S Brush (sold separately). Store sponge in the compartment underneath the powder instead of on top of the powder.
    - For additional coverage and wear, buff Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 onto skin using the 159S Brush (both sold separately) before applying the powder.
    - To use as a setting powder, apply with the 240S Brush to your T-zone area and the 187S Brush all over the face (both sold separately).
    - Finish your application with a light spritz of Fix+ (sold separately) to give skin a fresh appearance.

Smooth coverage

I’ve been using Mac Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation for quite some time now. It goes on nice and smooth. I only need this to cover my face. I have red blotches on my face and it covers it well. I don’t need foundation or concealer for my everyday wear. When going out and I want a little more coverage I’ll wear with some primer or foundation and it’s great it sits well in my face. It’s my fav! 🥰

Great Coverage

First time user. In my late 30s with sensitive and oily skin. I live in Houston Texas so very humid weather. This product offered great coverage, but it caused cystic acne all over my fave. I saw vegetable oil in the ingredient and other unknown ingredients. Overall, love the coverage and how it lasted throughout the day, but due to the painful breakout, I was unable to continue.

💄 Loved the Old Formula, Not a Fan of the New One

I used to love MAC Studio Fix Powder, but the new formula just doesn’t perform the same. I find myself wasting more product because it doesn’t pick up or apply as smoothly, and I even had to switch shades since my usual one no longer matched the way it used to. Overall, the older formula was much better for coverage and consistency. The new version is usable, but definitely not the MAC powder I once loved.
