Feeling duped

Product is good, but the customer experience is bad. I decided to buy this one because the item page said there's a 24xxx-star point reward, but after I made the purchase the next day the page said there's only 248 points. Even worse, I finally got 19 points because part of the payment was using gift card. I just don't get it, Macy does not reward points when you buy a GC, now they even don't reward point when you use the GC. Before I put the order I did double checked the terms and I didn't find anything saying purchases made with GC is not eligible for point rewards. This whole experience is really bad.

Background Noise during calls - only issue

Has a lot of background white noise created by the earbuds during certain VOIP calls like discord. Otherwise good.
