Terrible online experience

Received item with obvious signs of wearing when I ordered online. Wasn’t able to return in store because the BV counter would not accept items that are not in resellable condition. Gladly online customer service was efficient at taking care of the issue, the stars are only for them, ended up returning. But terrible quality control assuming from the warehouse and pretty upset with not being able to have the item I wanted.

The tag price was $1950

I order online for store pick up didn't even come with a box, strap has crack and front part has scratch plus the tag is $1950 and I paid $2400 plus tax, I will return!!!

Great little black bag!

This bag is the perfect size, and it's lightweight. Great look with Bottega quality. The only thing I'm not completely wild about is the zipper. I don't find it easy to open and close.
