Was not sure we “needed” this. We did. Baby is so happy in it and it has pushed me to want to go on hikes every single day with him. We are pushing so much deeper now.. from beaches to alpine and everything in between.

Awesome Baby Backpack!

We purchased this amazing product for our 7 month old son and it has been an amazing addition for our park hikes! He is comfortable in it and combined with being light weight, it is super easy to get him in and out of it plus has perfect adjustable ergonomics for the parent! Another great product Thule!

Take it anywhere!

We love this pack! It is adjustable so that my 5'2" self and my 6'3" husband can both use it for our son. The storage space is fantastic and easy to access. It is not too heavy and straps make it very comfortable. Have used it on the river, trail walks with our dog, and even at a concert. Very versatile and highly recommend.

Great Backpack!

Bought this a month ago for hikes with my 12 month old. This is a fabulous backpack. Super comfy, very adjustable and easy to use. Baby is happy in there and safe/secure with the shoulder straps. Every aspect of this backpack is adjustable for the wearer. Highly recommend!

Super Light and Comfortable

We just started putting our 7 month old in the Sapling and he really enjoys it! The pack is extremely light, has lots of storage, and is quite comfortable with all of the custom adjustments (not just straps, you can adjust the height on the back panel). There are a couple quirks as the sun cover is difficult to store in the back pocket, and the side clip where you slide in the cover needs to be broken in, but other then that its a great pack.

Comfortable backpack

Used it few times now. It works well. Easy to load baby in, just make sure to open all the buckles including behind the shoulders. That makes loading them in quite smooth. Convenient to adjust the size between users. Very good baby shade, better than some competitors. Enough storage for a short summer hikes, but consider getting an extra pack attachment. Take hiking poles as with the baby your centre of gravity is really high up and it makes you feel a bit unstable. You’re probably not used to it. All those packs don’t feel like your regular hiking backpacks.

Comfy backpack for baby!

Bought this for our first backpacking trip with baby. He’s 6.5 months so perfect to start using this. I like how it’s adjustable for mom and dad. Not a great amount of storage but we made it work. Would love if the additional pack and rain cover came with the carrier as it’s pricey!

We’ve used this carrier on multiple hikes now and it’s exceeded all expectations. The build quality is excellent — super sturdy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The adjustable fit for both parents is a huge plus, especially when switching between users of different sizes. Our child is secure and comfortable, often even falls asleep in it, which says a lot! The storage compartments are surprisingly spacious, making it easy to pack snacks, diapers, and other essentials without needing an extra bag. I also appreciate the built-in sunshade, which provides great protection and peace of mind on sunny days. Overall, this carrier has made family outings so much more enjoyable. If you’re an active family, this is absolutely worth the investment!
