Wrong bag

Just like the others I got the wrong bag. I’m a little annoyed because now I’m obligated to go out of my way to return it even though it’s the wrong item. CS will not grant any further discount either. They sent the non glazed version. It’s not a bad bag, but not what I ordered or expected.

I would give an NEGATIVE TEN but it’s not an option. Obviously , this is going back. I wonder what idiot thought it appropriate to package a handbag this way? And no, it was not damaged in transit. This is what it looked like when I took it out of their Bloomingdales tissue paper it was wrapped in. DO BETTER

Modern and stylish

I like this bag quite a bit. It is slightly smaller than ideal, but I am managing to fit in full sized wallet, phone and keys. It is a subtle, versatile and elegant purse and I will get a lot of use out of it.
