Chic design quality made
I have not worn this designer but am delighted to add to my wardrobe. Quality made—seams are finished and aligned, button holes secure, and tailored for a perfect fit. The fabric washed beautifully needs no pressing. It is lightweight and flows. True navy blue color. Derail scalloped edges are not frayed but finished nicely. Covered buttons are adorable. Fit as corded for medium with 36” bust.

Nice Fit But Misleading Color
The blouse has a nice relaxing fit. However, the peach color looks much more like fire red than peach.

Wrinkled Mess!!
The blouse was a wrinkled mess when I received it. Directions said to use a cool iron, but the wrinkles didn't budge. Tried wetting the wrinkles and pulling them out. Nothing worked. The fit was good, liked the design, but I don't know anyone who would wear a wrinkled mess like this. It has been returned.

fitted and minimalist white tee
I bought ivory colored top. It looks classic, very feminine. It can go very well with a skirt in various colors and patterns. A must-have summer dress!

Wrinkled wrinkled wrinkled!
Upon opening both this blouse and another Cece blouse, my initial reaction was "Wow, this is a wrinkled mess." However, I thought if I pressed it, it would solve the problem. Well, not even close. I tried putting water on the wrinkles (actually drenched the blouse) and still the wrinkles were awful. The same happened with the other Cece blouse. I will purchase some wrinkle release, and, hopefully, this will solve the problem. I do think that it is misleading when the fabric care instructions are "use a low iron." Even when steaming the wrinkles, it didn't make any difference.

Cute top but runs very small
I love CeCe tops and this one is so cute with the scallops and puffed sleeves. But it runs very small. I usually wear size M. This top fit in the shoulders but was much too tight across the chest. This is surprising because I'm a 34B and never had this problem before with a size M! Sadly, I had to return it.
