Ube Earl Grey Mousse, Blackberry Jam, Salted Ube Caramel, Citrus Scented Cake Description: Imagine starting with an airy, velvety ube earl grey mousse that melts on your tongue, blending the earthy sweetness of ube with the fragrant, citrusy notes of Earl Grey tea. As you delve deeper, you encounter a hidden layer of tangy blackberry marmalade, bursting with vibrant flavors that bring a juicy contrast to the smooth mousse. Then comes the indulgent salted ube caramel, offering a rich, buttery sweetness with a subtle hint of salt that perfectly complements the ube. Anchoring it all is a delicate citrus-scented cake, light and zesty, adding a refreshing brightness that cuts through the richness. Each bite is a journey of flavors—from the floral tea and creamy ube to the tartness of blackberry and the zing of citrus—culminating in a dessert that s both luxurious and unexpectedly delightful.
