Amazing
So glad we went with this. Went with this system and the 180 car seat base. This has been an absolute game changer. Fantastic for one baby. Easy to move from car in car seat to stroller for shopping and errands. Love the net on the bassinet/regular stroller feature. Very smooth. The magnets on the car seat shade are super weak which is my only complaint. I also soooo wish maxi cosi would come out with a double or convertible double stroller!

Unfortunate
Received the tayla travel system as a gift for my baby shower and I wanted to love it. However, I haven’t even been using the car seat for 3 months and the canopy connection came apart and will not go back in place. Also, the stroller folded on its own with my baby in the stroller. This has happened 3 times already

Awesome Stroller, Terrible Car seat
I bought this 6 months ago. We have no concerns with the stroller it works great and is an awesome purchase. The car seat on the other hand started falling apart after 3 months. The so called "Easy off Washable fabric liner" is just that easy to take off and impossible to put back on. The liner will not stay on the car seat. We also had issues with the Styrofoam insert breaking loose from the main plastic body. Check the reviews on the car seat many other people are having the same issues

Flawless Integration
We have had our boy for 2 weeks now and the ease of use for this system is incredible. I will admit to not always reading the directions but when it came time to put the car seat base into the car before he got here I found them very easy to follow. The way everything integrates together makes every bit of this system so easy to use, especially when mama is tired with all the work she has and continues to put in!

A must have on my baby registry!
Expecting my 4th and last child this October, it's been a very challenging journey to find a stroller I really like. Having kids previously, I've owned a variety of strollers. The one that really stood out in my mind is Maxi Cosi based on my last experience, except I had the Zelia model. However, after my child grew I gave it away. With new models coming out, I was really curious to try a few before I made up my mind. I have tried the Doona, evenflo, Mockingbird, even Baby Jogger (which is a brand I really love as well). However, at the end of it all Maxi Cosi Tayla Max Travel system has been the winner in my books. I love the Onyx Wonder color, love the grey/ black combination. Not too crazy about the brown leather handle or small patch on the car seat but not a deal breaker. Maxi Cosi truly outdid their design with a growing baby and parents in mind! Nice Travel System
I was given this travel system to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, we liked this travel system, but found some aspects a little more difficult to use at first. As far as first impressions, we really liked the feel of the fabric of both the Tayla Max car seat and stroller and felt our daughter would be really comfortable sitting in both of them. The instructions made collapsing and un-collapsing the stroller sound super simple. However, we found it a little tricky to get a hang of it in practice. I love that when the stroller is collapsed you can stand it up right so it takes up very little room when not in use. It was pretty easy to adjust the incline of the stroller seat (from flat to straight up) and we liked the multiple options this afforded us. We found the car seat base to be relatively easy to install; however, it took us a couple attempts to get the tightening mechanism correct. We mostly left the car seat in the car, but the few times we took it in and out we had no issues. My only annoyance with the car seat was adjusting the straps. I find it easiest to loosen the straps of car seats when I take my daughter out of it and then re-tighten them after I put her back in, but despite the easy button to adjust the straps, I found the straps sometimes wouldn't pull out even when I pressed the button, so I just stopped adjusting the straps at all which made it a little more difficult to put her in the car seat. Not the end of the world though as I liked most other aspects of this car seat. I think overall, at this price point, this is a great travel system that I would recommend if you don't mind it taking some practice to get used to the functionality of the system.

Amazing Functionality - Grows With Your Child!
I had the pleasure of reviewing the Tayla 5 in 1 Travel system thanks to the Stellar Panel! Here are a few thoughts/opinions as a mom of a 3 month old and 3 year old toddler: 1. This stroller has the ability to grow with your child - dare I say it - more than any other brand I've seen/used. This is a newborn friendly stroller that can be used until the toddler phase. The Tayla travel system stroller is vastly different than any other travel system I've used in that the seat converts to an actual bassinet. 2. On my most recent walk with my 3 month old, he fell asleep while strolling. This is an absolute godsend for a mom with a colicky baby. 3. Holy cannoli - the Canopy Cover - is A-B-S-O-L-U-T-E-L-Y amazing on the stroller and car seat. I love how it covers the baby up almost completely. 4. This is the perfect stroller for anything from your daily stroll on your city block to a trek in the woods (I've used this stroller on both terrain). It's a very smooth ride. 5. The adjustable handlebars are very helpful. 6. The stroller is very heavy duty. It's not quite lightweight, but very sturdy. 7. I love the little accessories - the cupholder is a nice touch. 8. Safety wise, the seat belt on the stroller feels very secure and easy to adjust. 9. The stroller is very easy to open and fold. 10. The car seat is very easy/very intuitive to install. However, if there are any issues I absolutely love that you can contact Maxi Cosi's customer support and they will assist you in the car seat installation. 11. My infant doesn't sweat in this car seat. I believe this car seat provides more airflow than his previous one - possibly because it's made with PureCosi fabric (Maxi Cosi's proprietary fabric). Overall, the built in capabilities for this car seat and stroller combo are incredible. It's easy to use, luxurious, and feels very safe. I can't wait to go on more strolls/walks with my little one(s). This travel system is fantastic and deserves 5 stars!

Phenomenal handeling
I love how easy and versatile this travel system is. It's particularly smooth when driving compared to other strollers I've tried, has phenomenal handling, and I love how modern and sleek it looks. It's really easy to switch between modes, and pretty intuitive. My favorite part is how functional the stroller is for several ages - I have an 11 month old and a two year old and they're both able to comfortably ride. The car seat is so easy to install and it's light and very comfortable for the baby. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.
