Unsatisfactory

Purchasing luxury jewelry item came with customer service disappointment. Item was thrown under the door outside busy street though I paid $20 for two day delivery — it took 5 days and was not handed to me despite big door sign to UPS to hand it personally. Also piece of jewelry had no accompanying certification nor receipt that states it characteristics ie gold type, weight of diamonds etc —- no evidence it’s even real. Call to customer service gave hope, but none of their promises were delivered which brings me back to same dissatisfied customer status. Bloomingdale used to stand for great service and caring customer service alas those days are over.
