Uncomfortable attractive silver pump
One star for attractive and nice shaped heel. Second star for silver that’s not too shiny! However the straps on these shoes rub and the foot compartment was not comfortable for my foot! Back they went.

Received damaged shoe
This is a beautiful shoe. I was so disappointed that it arrived damaged, and they did not have a replacement in my size available.
