Terrible size inconvenient

Fragile hinge broke after one use
A tiny piece of fragile plastic at a corner of the hinge cracked, and now the item is useless because the tab came off and there's no way to seal the lid anymore. I got to use the item only once before it broke. It was great for the one use, but I regret buying it with the poor lid design that breaks so easily.

Good and less good
It’s ok! Looks nice and closes tightly. It’s not insulated so only stays cold for an hour or two. The partition is removable. It’s heavy for a child’s backpack.

While the Bentgo Chill Lunch Box is designed to keep food cool for about 2 to 3 hours at typical room temperatures using the included ice pack, performance can vary depending on external temperatures, how cold the tray and food were initially, and how often the box is opened. For maximum cooling time, we recommend freezing the removable ice pack overnight for at least 12 to 24 hours and prepping the food tray in the refrigerator before packing. I had a small issue with the personalization. I didn't wash it or use it, instead i submitted a picture aking how they could help me. Since it was a quality issue from the factory they did replace it. I really apreciate the timely and kind response. They stand behind the quality of the product. I am loyal to this brand.

Hinges Break
I’ve purchased 5 of these containers. The first two in a set and liked them so much, I brought 3 more. Now 4/5 have broken hinges. Since there’s nothing wrong with the rest of the container, would love to purchase replacement lids but haven’t seen that option. Now I have 4 unusable containers because of one feature.

TOO BULKY TOO HEAVY NOT WORTH IT
The boxes are way too bulky and way too heavy and they’re made even heavier with the ice pack. The tray that goes into the container gets stuck to the lid, so if you’re not careful you end up spilling your lunch everywhere. I am so disappointed. I tried to exchange them when I realized they didn’t work and was told no. I expected more from this brand.
