Cuisinart - Always the Best
I'm very pleased with the 2.6 Basket Air Fryer. It has options for cooking that my old fryer did not have, like baking. The size is perfect for cooking for two people. It might be a bit small for a larger family. With all the options for buying air fryers available out there, I prefer to go with Cuisinart, where I know it will perform well and last a long time.

Nice product, quiet and works well
This is a very nice product and works well. I did not realize how small the basket is. You can only cook one portion at time. As a single person, it works fine for me, but would not benefit a family.

Dangerous Crisper Tray!
My mother bought this air fryer for her personal use a few weeks ago, but as a newbie to such a device didn't notice that the crisper tray wasn't lying snugly at the bottom and that one side was higher than the other. Thankfully she's only used it a few times and didn't make anything that needed to be shaken or tipped out of the basket. I tried everything to get the tray to stay put and nothing worked. I pushed gently, I pushed at the corners, I examined every piece of the rubber foot and I tried pushing hard. I'm going to recommend that she return it. It is definitely not safe for her to use!

Response from cuisinart.com
We’re sorry to hear the Cuisinart 2.6-qt Basket Air Fryer crisper plate would not sit securely in the basket, and we understand your concern about your mother using it safely. The crisper plate is designed specifically for this model, so if it remains uneven after confirming it is correctly positioned and the rubber feet are fully seated, we recommend discontinuing use rather than forcing the plate into place. Before returning the unit, please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190 and reference Ticket #8901133586 so we can review the concern and available options with you. Thank you for looking out for your mother’s safety and for bringing this experience to our attention; your feedback helps us continue to focus on product quality and ease of use.
