Smooth and good with milk

This is very smooth. Toasty, caramelly, very slightly fruity but not enough for there to be any sharpness. It really is perfect for milk. I love how accurate the descriptions on Fellow are.

Monarch with the Aiden brewer

Love this coffee! Having my 1st cup of it brewed in the Aiden brewer this morning. The combination is amazing! So many flavor notes have come out using the Aiden!

Has completely changed my perspective about what coffee can be!

I make espresso with Monarch, and the blueberry hints I get in the nose and on the tongue are unbelievable! I know Onyx characterize this coffee as chocolatey or nutty, but that’s far less significant to my palate when compared with the juicy berry notes. I’d almost have sworn this were a flavored coffee! Now I can’t get enough. My only complaint about Monarch is that temp and humidity swings require fairly large grind changes to compensate. I lose more coffee than I’d like re-dialing in.
