Great bags horrible handle and wheeling

Great bag, fits lots of clothing and toiletries, but the handle is horrible and super flimsy and very hard to roll. The wheels don’t go straight with the handle and it becomes very hard to push. I’ve used it for domestic and international travel and I love how much I can pack but sad about the handle and how it wheels.

Struggle to roll

I gave it two stars because I like the versatility of being able to pack it different ways. However I agree with the other customers who say the handle is so flimsy. It was huge struggle rolling it through ATL, JFK, and SAN on two trips I’ve taken it on now. I will be returning it. Don’t buy it if you plan on rolling it thru airports. You will struggle.

I’m at the tail end of my first trip with my new bag! I flew on 8 flights during the last 3 weeks including both domestic and international and this carry-on was perfect for me! What I like about it? EVERYTHING! From its ease of accessibility, to its smooth rollabilty, to its expandability and packabilty, to its design and color! It got an A+ for awsome performance and is my new favorite! Not sure if it’s worth the money

Looks very nice but there is a design flaw the wheels do not go in a straight line. It hurts my wrist to push it

Excellent and stylish bag

Stylish bag with enough sturdiness for easy travel and very well organized with many compartments so stuff is easy to find during travel time and when one gets to where they are going.

Wheels suck

For how much I spent on these bags, it’s actually true—you can’t roll the suitcase sideways once it’s packed. It’s really annoying. I guess that’s what I get for choosing something pretty over practical.
