Poor service
Item came used and damaged in three spots with previous return sticker under one shoe. Very disappointing by the way store management handling this issue at the Glendale location. Item was returned by store manager without proper assistance or explanation of how such brand be delivered in Such condition. Very unsatisfied with the level of customer service at the galleria.
