Although the pan and handle are constructed to a high standard, the balance on the smaller pans is just not right; they are far too handle-heavy.

Not nonstick
Food was sticking to the pan despite using sufficient oil since the first use. There is already oil stains and burns etched onto the pan. We have not been able to remove them with multiple methods. We bought this pan to replace our old one of 5 years and we regret getting this one. 1 star for the foldable handle.
