Be Wary!

I bought this HPZ buggy based on other reviews I had read elsewhere about the quality of the product. It rang many bells o first sight...attractive, the right size, rubber tires, great warranty. Problem is the stroller came damaged with scratches and a chip in the frame and a discolored bonnet. I never even fully assembled the item based on what I saw. I initiated a return and have been given the run around from both Bloomingdales and HPZ respectively. No apologies for sending out a damaged item in the first place, just throwing responsibility for the return on the other party over the course of months! I only have a two seater car so I require a pick up for the item and neither party is standing by there alleged excellent customer service promise. If you're going to purchase this item, please know that if you need to return it you may run into the same frustrating issues.
