Beautiful but packaging was pitiful

I bought this necklace and was very excited to get it. When received it was in a tangled mess. I took 30 minutes getting it untangled just to try it on. It’s very beautiful but very disappointed in the packaging Bloomindales

Amazing Purchase

My girlfriend has always desired an emerald necklace. We went to many jewelry stores and almost purchased several times. Thankfully we happened to look at the Bloomingdale’s jewelry section and found an amazing necklace at a great price. The sales associate was also very helpful and taught us about emeralds more than any of the other stores. She is over the moon happy!
