Disappointing service

Very bad experience with this order. I need to exchange the color and told the sales in store exactly for exchange. Without asking or confirming with me for anything, she returned this and refund went to my inactive FSA account which finally I cannot use. Then I need to pay double price to get one overpriced sunscreen. The prices at this store is higher with less discount than other store. If they cannot ensure their service, what's their advantage over others?

Perfect for me!

I am so very happy with this Chantecaille tinted moisturizer. I used La Mer tinted moisturizer for many years until they discontinued it. Since then I have tried several other tinted moisturizers but they were all awful. On a chance I ordered this Chantecaille tinted moisturizer and it is perfect! Same color tone as my old La Mer and a lovely texture. I am a happy lady!
