I was so excited to receive my first Clare V Fanny pack in black.. When I first got the package it was all beat up, I opened it was just in the box in a plastic bag Poor packaging. Before I opened the bag, I had noticed there was a sewn line in the front of the bag and I’m thinking like is that because there’s an inside pocket or something like that- I never owned a Clare V, so I didn’t know what to expect. my initial thought was great, they sent me a defective Clare V bag. I need to exchange it. I So I decided to open the plastic take it out of its l packaging the smell was like plastic, and not leather what I was expecting. So I’m like is this a dupe or something like is this really a Clare V bag? Is this what it’s supposed to look like? It definitely did not match the pictures online. I even went on other platforms to see if maybe they sent me the small version . I was so confused. I mean the only thing that was Clare V were the tags. I don’t know if Clare V has their signature or label inside the bag, I was expecting to see their little coin thing that they have in front of the purse didn’t see that so overall, I received a dupe, nameless bag, a fake leather bag, and I returned it immediately. Bloomingdale’s needs to do better quality control. That’s for sure. You would expect that that would be automatic with such a high-end store but the way the packaging came in and the fake purse I received is disappointing. I still want a Clare V Fanny , but I might just go to the actual website and order it directly.

Overpriced and Underwhelming
It is very flimsy, and has only one compartment. Doesn’t even look or feel like real leather. Very disappointed and will be returning.
