Some watch enthusiasts prefer mechanical movements, but if your priority is accuracy and convenience, the SUR421 delivers. If I had any complaints, they'd be minor. The leather strap is decent but not exceptional. This is a easy compromise, considering the price. Overall, the Seiko SUR421 is an excellent value. It looks more expensive than it is, offers features like a sapphire crystal and 100 meters of water resistance that aren't always found in this price range, and has a timeless design that works with everything from jeans to a suit. If you're looking for a dependable, understated everyday watch with classic styling, the SUR421 is easy to recommend.
