Buyer beware buying this from Bloomingdale's.

Cannot believe Bloomingdale's is asking me to review an item that hasn't even shipped after 7 days! Have contacted customer service twice, still hasn't shipped and they won't cancel unless it was within 30 minutes of the order being placed. :(
