The best vacuum.
I love, love , love my Dyson. It is has strong suction. It does not charge over 70%, I don’t know why. However I still love it down.

Attachment over complicated.
This model doesn't come with a simple crevice tool, unlike all the models I have had in past. The tool that is supplied is inside the main suction tube and has electrical connections for the brush head. This complication seems unnecessary and poor engineering design because, 1. A failure of the tool connections means the suction tube is useless, 2. It introduces an unnecessary restriction in the suction flow, 3. You can only connect the tool directly to vacuum, not via the suction tube, so you need to clean skirting boards on your knees. The simplicity of the old tool and suction tube was the best solution and I can't think a benefit the new arrangement. If I am missing something, can someone let know.

Powerful Cleaning and Excellent Performance
I’m very satisfied with this vacuum cleaner overall. It cleans perfectly, and all the attachments work great. The one designed for dusting hard furniture is amazing because it eliminates the need to wipe with a cloth afterward. My only concerns are that it feels a bit heavy for me, and the power button needs to be held down continuously for the vacuum to operate, which makes my hand tired. It would be much better if there were a button that you press once to turn it on and press again to turn it off. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Disappointed
I bought this to replace my Dyson V10 and I am disappointed because this is so heavy. I hardly can hoover whole house because my arm hurts. It’s newer model so I don’t understand why is it so much heavier than the old one.
