Ease and manoeuvrability.

So easy to use. Especially the carpeted stairs. Long battery life enabled me to clean the whole house upstairs and downstairs on one charge.

Fantastic first impressions

So far I've been really impressed with the new vacuum cleaner I found the suction to be excellent and the cleaning capability with both the Torque Drive Motorhead and Fluffy Optic Clean Head to be superb. My only slight gripe is that it comes with a Mini Motorhead that does not feature anti hair wrapping which I think is a real shame because on a unit like this at this price point anti hair wrap should be featured as standard. initial I was worried about the trigger power button as I've seen a lot of reviews where people don't like this however personally I found this to be both ergonomic and easy to use and actually I quite like the fact that it shuts off when you need to put it down for two seconds to move something and find that it starts up really quickly so you're not wasting any time or battery life while having to move a couple of bits of furniture. Speaking of battery life I have found that the runtime has been excellent, being able to vacuum a whole average size four bedroom house without any concerns of the battery running out.

Renewed Dyson.

It's only when you replace an old Dyson with a newer version you realise how much more suction and runtime you get. We thought our carpet rooms were clean, but over the last two weeks we have come to see the dust that sits in the carpets. I'm glad we upgraded.

Disappointed

Bought this 2 weeks ago and not very impressed. I have both hard floors and rugs and am finding that I’m having to go over areas multiple times before every thing is picked up and that is even with changing the settings. Why can I never find a decent vacuum

Great light feature

So far its great. I had a V10 for years and wasn't that happy with it, in fact wasn't going to buy another Dyson. Am really glad I did . Love the light showing just how gross floors can be and suction is great.

Excellent performance.

Upgraded from V8 and wow . It gets so much more dust and hair out of the carpet . The light on the hard floor cleaner really shows up what’s on the floor . Great vacuum cleaner .
