What you need to know
Purchased 2 in 1 coffee maker one month ago. Took a 3 times to get the carafe coffee right to taste. Loading water isn't bad but you need 24in or higher for comfort for filling water tanks.

Unfortunately disappointed
The coffee maker looks good compared to my previous Ninja but is slower and very loud when making coffee, it literally knocks loudly. Also having to use the pot to fill the water is pretty outdated. Why is there no water reservoir? Had I noticed these things, I would not have purchased it.

Great value
I wanted a coffeemaker that could dispense both single and carafe style amounts. I'm so happy with this purchase. You can make hot and iced drinks!

This machine checks all the boxes for us
We just purchased our 3rd, two in one coffee maker. Considering the hardness of the water we deal with, they hold up as well as can be expected. I wouldn’t even consider another brand or model, this machine does everything well

State of the art at its finest!
This is the newest version of the one I had previously and it is just perfect! I especially like the facts that the carafe is now on the right side AS WELL AS the water window which is so much easier to not only view but pour the water into. The brewing process is so much faster and clean—no water falling around and/or leaks on the bottom of the machine. The filter basket fits into the machine with a click knowing it is in place. The pod function is so efficient and quick, and having an iced coffee option is a huge advantage.

Works well now that I got the pod side to work
The Pod side would not work. I was getting ready to pack it up and return it. Instead I had to go on YouTube to figure out the problem. Sounds like this happens fairly often. Now working fine.

Drip great; single serve useless
I really wanted to like this coffee maker. Had 3 of them (same model) and the drip side worked great - never any problems at all. However, on all 3 the single-serve maker would quit after about 6 months or so. Kept getting an error and it just wouldn't work - even after going though the troubleshooting and cleaning procedures. Styling is great, and it has really good features some others don't have (4-hour heating on the drip side and bold brew on the drip side) - but that doesn't count for much when it doesn't work properly or last

We’re sorry your Cuisinart Coffee Center® 2-in-1 Coffeemaker has repeatedly developed issues with the single-serve side, especially after you followed the recommended cleaning and troubleshooting steps. If the error returns after cleaning and descaling, try unplugging the unit for several minutes and checking the capsule holder and brewing needle for any remaining coffee grounds; if the problem continues, please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at 1-800-726-0190. We appreciate your loyalty to this model and your recognition of its design and features, and thank you for sharing your experience so we can continue working to improve the reliability of our products.
Stick with Keurig for pod options
I'm normally a supporter of Cuisinart as I have a few appliances that have last YEARS. When our 15yo keurig died, I opted to try a 2-in-1 coffee maker so I had flexibility of a pod but also a carafe. This unit is not even a year old and the pod side stopped working. I've googled how to fix it and to no avail the pod light just keeps flashing. I'm the only user of this side and clean it out after each use (1x a day normally) but now I have to brew an entire carafe just to get 1 cup of coffee. Shame on you Cuisinart, I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews. While Keurig is not a favorite brand, it is simple enough for our simple needs - will probably get another one since Cuisinart is definitely not a contender anymore.
