Buyer beware
After years of owning Cuisinart decided to switch Braun, another name brand in coffee makers. A big Mistake!! My short lived experience and usage of this product after using less than a week!! Not a user friendly interface. Have to reset clock/ timer each night for auto on feature to work. Instructions state a programmable auto off feature. It is not available on this machine. Markings on carafe are not easy to read. Worked fine for 3 days, then just quit. Only thing that would display and work was the clock, if you just need a clock feature. Returned and repurchased a Cuisinart. It does have the features I prefer, or at least they were on the old one I had. Not really happy with Cuisinart as we have had difficulties with them in the past leaking water. Quality is not what it once was!

Great Coffee Maker at a great price!
I wanted a white coffee maker to match all my other appliances and found this Braun which had the added bonus of also being on sale. I really like the look of it. The display is very nice and I like that it dims when not in use. The different brew functions are also great and something my old Cuisinart did not offer. The coffee tastes rich and delicious and is nice and hot, also an issue with my old coffee maker. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this machine.

touch screen fail....
I ordered the Braun pure flavor and was looking forward to using all the nifty features in this model. Even the touch screen. It turns out Braun needs to go back to the drawing board for their touch screen. The first one I ordered, all the buttons were unresponsive. Including the on/off button which would turn on but not off. The expectation was this might be an exception and decided to give it another chance. The second one came and I was able to turn it on and off and even set the time. Then I started testing the features, like switiching btwn brew strengths or selecting the temp on the warming plate.... they didn't work. I'm returning it and would like for Braun to come up with a botton version with these features.

Late Delivery
This may be a great product, but I ordered it December 24 and it arrived January 12, that’s a little longer than 3 to 6 business days so I ordered another coffee maker that was a different brand.
