Used shoes
My shoes arrived in a box that was scuffed and broken on one side with a printed tag stapled to the side with the shoe information and the bags for the shoes inside were dirty (dirt on both of them). I asked for a replacement pair since these were obviously used and returned and Bloomingdale’s refused. Next time I will purchase directly from Gucci since it was not worth getting them through Bloomingdale’s. I did not even receive the $150 promotional credit for buying the shoes through their website. I feel ripped off and upset as a customer.m- this product is too expensive to be treated like this.
Best Man Elegance
I bought these to wear to my best friend's wedding for which I'm the best man. I needed something classic and elegant and Gucci ALWAYS comes through! I love these shoes.

Comfort Comes at a Price
These shoes are so comfortable. They are what should be expected from this brand. I slid my foot in easily and I could tell the difference from other dress shoes I’ve worn. The color is unique, also.
